Description Job purpose In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of key marketing communications initiatives in national and international markets. The Marketing Communications Specialist supports various internal and external communications responsibilities for IMMY including print, email, website, social media, and other marketing and advertising medium. Developing clear, relevant, and on-message communication will help aid content generation, collateral, and marketing campaigns. Key duties and responsibilities Participate in cross-functional strategic teams to ensure communication priorities are aligned with organizational goals. Partner closely with product marketing, sales, clinical, and leadership to maintain cohesive messaging and coordinated execution. Ensure consistent, on-brand communication strategies across all channels and touchpoints Develop, review, and approve all external-facing marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment. Coordinate the planning, development, and refresh of product marketing materials across the portfolio. Design and develop sales tools and resources that clearly articulate product value and support field effectiveness. Assist in the creation of press releases, presentation decks Initiate and manage design projects in partnership with internal graphic design and external agencies. Provide creative direction to ensure materials meet brand and quality standards. Oversee vendor relationships for literature production, printing, and fulfillment. Support team members in execution of digital asset development and social media Own and drive the overall tradeshow and conference strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. Manage booth design and production in collaboration with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders. Oversee asset development, event messaging, and onsite execution to deliver a strong, consistent brand presence.
