Kacific is expanding, and we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to support our sales and marketing team.
About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative marketer with a passion for impactful storytelling and a drive to connect the underserved.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing & Communications Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing regional marketing activities to drive awareness for Kacific in Asia Pacific. This includes internal and external communications, social media, and public relations initiatives. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, outgoing, and possesses strong writing and execution skills. The role is based in Singapore and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
He or she will be involved in the following:

Partner Marketing (B2B and B2B2C)

  • Support development and execution of marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring commercial objectives are met and customer engagement is maximised,
  • Work on partner marketing with Kacific’s partners (e.g. Internet service providers) and Business Development team in Asia and Pacific to align marketing programmes with business and sales priorities,
  • Analyse marketing activities, drive efficiencies, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact,
  • Identify, coordinate and participate in relevant conferences and events to promote Kacific’s products and services alongside our business partners, Support pre-event marketing efforts and post-event customer engagements,
  • Equip Kacific sales teams and business partners with the necessary product knowledge and marketing insights to enhance business performance,
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring brand visibility and consistency across all partner, business, and market channels.

Brand, Events and Public Relations

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders (Kacific and partners) to provide input and direction, ensuring business market strategies, campaign approaches, creative execution, and performance measurement exceed business objectives,
  • Ensure partner-facing websites, digital platforms, and marketing materials align with Kacific’s brand, market strategy, and business goals,
  • Manage Kacific’s digital communication channels, including the website and mobile applications, to engage partners and consumers effectively,
  • Oversee Kacific’s brand publicity efforts in collaboration with the PR agency, Plan and execute high-impact conferences and industry events to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen partner relationships,
  • Support Kacific website maintenance, structure development, and search engine optimisation (SEO) to maximise inbound traffic and lead generation.

About You

  • 6 to 7 years of marketing experience. Experience in telecoms, ISPs, or technology-related industries driving brand and product awareness and sales growth is a plus,
  • A hands-on strategic thinker with a proactive approach to execution.
  • Experience planning and managing online and offline marketing events with partners, distributors, and industry conferences or events.
  • Experience leading teams or managing external agencies is a plus,
  • Experience managing digital channels, website optimisation, and content strategies to drive audience engagement,
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets,
  • Skilled relationship builder with strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills,
  • Event management coordination experience is a plus.
