We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to shape, create and deliver effective domestic and commercial customer communications across all our brands (Luxion, Utilita, Procode and Canary Care). You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every message, whether a campaign, service update, regulatory communication, or in-life journey touchpoint is consistent, customer‑centric and aligned with our brand and business priorities. This is a hybrid role, giving you flexibility in how you work, but you’ll need to live within commuting distance of Chandlers Ford for team collaboration and stakeholder sessions. What you’ll be responsible for In this role, you will plan and deliver compelling messaging on key communications across customer journeys and essential service communications. Central to your work will be maintaining alignment with our tone of voice and brand guidelines, ensuring that every communication feels consistent across all our Group brands. You’ll also coordinate approval processes with compliance, legal and internal teams, particularly when dealing with regulated or sensitive communications, making sure that everything we put in front of customers is accurate and meets the highest standards. At times, you’ll support reactive messaging, stepping in quickly to help craft operational updates, crisis communications or urgent customer information when needed. Alongside this, you will play an active role in enhancing our customer journeys by identifying gaps or opportunities for improvement and proposing content-led solutions. You’ll also contribute to our campaign and content calendars, ensuring communications are planned effectively and executed smoothly. To support continuous improvement, you’ll review performance data and customer feedback, using insights to refine and optimise future activity. What we’re looking for We’re seeking someone with excellent writing and editing skills, someone who can adapt their tone, simplify complex topics and ensure every message lands with clarity and purpose. You should have experience developing content for marketing campaigns, customer journeys or service-based communications, and ideally an understanding of working within regulated industries where compliance and customer protection are essential considerations. A good working knowledge of content planning tools, CMS platforms and email systems such as Dotdigital or Mailchimp will be important, along with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and consistency. You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple briefs at once and working across different functions, collaborating with colleagues in legal, customer service or compliance where required.
