For our client Siemens Energy in Erlangen, we are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager (m/f/d) to effectively position digital offerings in the industrial sector. In this multifaceted role, you will combine portfolio marketing with digital channels and customer-centric communication. Together with internal and external contacts, you will further develop content and campaigns and make their impact measurable.

Your tasks:

• They position and market the digital portfolio and implement product and naming structures as well as rebranding measures.
• They optimize websites, landing pages and digital customer journeys, plan digital campaigns and evaluate marketing and digital KPIs.
• They create customer-oriented content such as presentations, articles, videos, webinars and social media posts, and develop customer testimonials and success stories.
• They support the preparation and execution of trade fairs, conferences and customer events.
• They coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with brand, legal, accessibility, and communication standards.

Your profile:

• You have completed a degree in marketing, communication, business administration, digital media or a comparable field.
• They bring experience in B2B, digital or portfolio marketing; knowledge in industry, technology, energy or engineering is an advantage.
• They are familiar with websites, content management and digital campaigns, and ideally also have experience with social media, webinars, events and KPI analysis.
• They communicate persuasively, tell stories tailored to the target audience, and can present complex technical content in an understandable and customer-oriented manner.
• They work in a structured, proactive and team-oriented manner, possess good project and stakeholder management skills, and combine creativity with analytical thinking;
• You have very good English skills; additional languages ​​are welcome.
