Description Department Administration Reports to Director of Membership and Marketing Job purpose Manage and produce the Club’s marketing materials and regular communication efforts. Also responsible for content management of the Club’s website and social media pages. All responsibilities are in accordance with the desired branding of the Club and will change as needed to maintain premier and relevant communication with the membership and staff. Duties and responsibilities Responsible for creating and enforcing the Club’s graphic standards, logo, and visual identity brand. Transforms rough ideas and general concepts into actions, projects and completed products or messages. Develops and coordinates email communication to the membership, including composition, design, and delivery. Provides marketing services to the Club and each department individually including graphic needs, print materials, email marketing, social media content, photography/videography, and strategic marketing plans. Coordinate editors and others who assist with the Club’s newsletter. Creates flyers, signs, and promotional materials for displays and mailings. Creates print material for all aspects of the Club, including promotional pieces for new Members and prospectives, menus, monthly newsletter, Club calendar, and other items related to events, programs, and tournaments. Responsible for the updates and accuracy of the calendar of events in accordance with the events team and email blasts to the Members with details and updates. Takes photos or videos for use in Club publications, as well as recruiting others to take pictures or videos when not present. Edits and prepares photographs or videos for publication, as well as archiving photos and videos. Maintains and continually improves the Club’s website. Manage email marketing database to resolve issues with Member email receipt. Produces invitations and marketing materials for the Ladies Golf groups and coordinates with the Golf Staff for regular email communications. Manages and produces content for Club’s social media channels to maintain a robust presence, build brand visibility, creatively communicate with audience, and promote the Club to current and prospective Members. Coordinate information and create the Annual Presentation to membership per the General Manager. Provides administrative support to the office. Completes other special projects and assignments as directed by the Director of Membership and Marketing. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Website Design, Communication Journalism, or a related major, in addition to 3 to 5 years of experience in any of the above. Website content management experience required. Proficient with English grammar and possesses skills in news-style writing, feature writing, copywriting, proofreading and editing. May be asked to take a proofreading and editing test as part of the interview process. Working conditions Office environment. Physical requirements Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand and lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time. Moderate noise level in the work environment.
