Job Description MedHealth is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead strategy and execution across Cogent Thinking and UHG within our Health & Business Solutions Division. This role is responsible for developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies that support growth, brand positioning, and thought leadership. You will partner closely with senior leaders, manage end‑to‑end campaigns, oversee content and digital presence, and deliver initiatives that drive lead generation and pipeline growth. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing marketing and communications strategies aligned to revenue and growth goals Leading digital channels, content, thought leadership, and brand positioning Managing marketing production schedules, agencies, and campaign delivery Supporting proposals, tenders, and go‑to‑market initiatives Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and managing budgets and timelines Qualifications 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role (essential) Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing and communications (desirable) Track record for successfully driving growth particularly in a complex environment Experience in managing multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities Customer service focused and strategic partnership experience Brand management and strategy experience Proven organisation and time management and prioritisation skills Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills – capacity to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders interpreting requirements and converting into deliverables Additional Information Be part of the MedHealth Group, winner of the Financial Review Boss Best Places to Work.
