Oversee and manage the brand’s communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all digital, print, and media platforms. Develop creative campaigns and initiatives to promote Anantara Desaru Coast's luxury offerings, services, and unique experiences, focusing on key target markets. Collaborate with regional and global teams to align marketing activities and leverage global initiatives while adapting them for local relevance. Manage public relations efforts, working with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and visibility. Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing and communications professionals. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and ensure Anantara remains a leader in the luxury hotel sector. Oversee budget planning, allocation, and performance reporting for all marketing and communications activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in marketing, marketing communication or any related field • At least 5 years experience in PR & marketing communication • Experienced in writing and editing proposals and publications. • Strong (written and verbal) communications skills. • Excellent English skills. • Ability to meet deadlines
