From crafting go-to-market strategies to developing compelling content, you’ll shape how our offerings are understood, embraced, and remembered. If you thrive on translating complexity into clarity, aligning internal and external messaging, and executing with purpose, we want to hear from you. Submit your resume and cover letter today!
WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW:
- 7-10 years in professional-service marketing, brand communications, or campaign strategy, with demonstrated success in positioning offerings and driving adoption.
- Experience in mission-driven, member-based associations, or cooperative organizations—or deep familiarity with natural products, retail, or values-aligned industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced training in marketing, communications, business or related field required (or additional 5-6 years of experience).
- Team Leadership: People-first leader that meets people where they’re at. Successful track record of managing teams, aligning resources, and developing people, including creative contributors, contractors, etc.
- Proven experience translating audience insights and product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event-based channels.
- Strong background in storytelling, content strategy, and crafting narratives that connect across audiences.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to adjust tone, voice, and format for different audiences.
- Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and collaborative—you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- You’re curious, self-directed, and energized by aligning work to broader organizational goals.
- Demonstrated strategic & sales acumen. Proven ability to lead growth strategies and effectively “sell” INFRA’s programs and services.
