ABOUT THIS ROLE

Carrier is seeking a highly organized, proactive, self-motivated. and strategic professional to serve as the Planning and Project Specialist to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO). This role plays a pivotal part in managing CMCO’s functional operating rhythm and driving operational excellence. The Planning and Project Specialist will enhance productivity and execution by providing strategic fast-paced, high-performance environments, demonstrates exceptional discretion, high integrity and brings a passion for enabling leadership success.
This is an onsite role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, requiring flexibility to extend beyond normal working hours as needed to support the executive team’s demanding schedule.
