THE JOB:

HOYTS are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join us! Based in the Sydney’s CBD, this role will help to execute HOYTS omnichannel marketing campaigns and activities. You will also create copy and content to execute tactical offers and promotions, screening programs and partnership campaigns.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with media agencies to maximise spend and customer engagement
  • SEO/SEM, database marketing, email and SMS campaigns
  • Brief art studio on creative assets and provide approval as required
  • Support the execution of sponsorship and partnership campaigns
  • Manage and monitor HOYTS New Zealand social platforms, create content and schedule
  • Use analytics to measure, evaluate and report against campaign goals

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We don’t hire ordinary people; we look for the extraordinary. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and previous experience with marketing. You will be organised with high attention to detail and a passion for cinema! We’re also looking for someone with:

  • Experience executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with social media content creation and monitoring desirable
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Experience with SEO/SEM marketing desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
