Agilix Solutions is looking for a self-motivated marketing professional with exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills — and the drive to grow into a marketing management role. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who can manage multiple priorities, create compelling content, and bring fresh ideas to our integrated marketing efforts.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to team members in the field, ensuring our messaging is strategic, consistent, and results-driven.
This position is designed for someone who thrives on taking ownership, contributing creatively, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the potential to step into a senior leadership role as our marketing organization evolves.
This role will report to the Marketing Strategy & Digital Comm Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to write and edit engaging, error-free content across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including email, social media, and website content management.
  • Ability to interpret marketing performance data and apply insights to future campaigns.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with all levels of an organization.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience level is flexible. We value motivation, proactive communication and project management, effective time-management skills, curiosity, and a growth mindset over a set number of years.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other channels to support company goals and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Create, edit, and refine high-quality content for email, social media, blogs, website, and other marketing channels, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency.
  • Support the development, management, promotion, and implementation of events as part of the overall marketing strategy, developing targeted campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business priorities.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and approvals while balancing multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to measure campaign and event effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems to enable effective targeting and performance tracking.
  • Stay informed on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our campaigns innovative and competitive.
  • Work with external vendors and partners when needed to support creative, media, or other marketing initiatives.
