SUMMARY

Shape and strengthen Airservices Australia’s reputation with the public and industry stakeholders through strategic engagement and communication.

THE PERSON

We are looking for a creative thinker and problem solver with a keen eye for detail. You will be a strong communicator, written and verbally with a track record of creating compelling content and presentations. You will also have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. In addition:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or a related role.
Proven experience managing websites, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
Strong understanding of brand management and corporate communication strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
Desirable would be experience in aviation or government sector
Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital advertising techniques.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Canto) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of External Communications, this exciting role offers the opportunity for you to use your well established creative and strategic skills to communicate the Airservices Australia brand and message to a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our digital communications channels and corporate brand identity. This role will oversee Airservices’ website, social media platforms and other digital channels. It will also develop and implement strategies to promote our brand, manage agency stakeholders and ensure consistent, high-quality communications across various media. This will entail.
Developing communication strategies enhancing online presence and engagement
Managing website content and social media channels
Keeping across digital trends and competitor activities
Collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders to develop our brand and ensure consistent usage across all communications materials and content
Planning and implementing advertising campaigns and promotional activities
Monitoring, analysing and reporting on digital communications metrics
