The Impact You'll Make We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications professional to drive growth predominantly in Northern Europe, with a primary focus on Denmark and Sweden. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate sales growth through marketing activities. This role involves budget management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and occasional travel across Europe.What You’ll Be Doing Understand customer journeys and execute marketing communication activities in Northern Europe Implement push and pull marketing activities aligned across Europe ex. This includes areas where you will manage activities that drive effective partner engagement and co-marketing efforts. From management of projects exhibitions, events, seminars, and conferences - handling all stages from scoping to execution   Global and regional marketing alignment to meet local market needs. Including but not limited to: Ensure regional relevance in global MarCom projects o Validation of translations of communications materials Localization of paid/organic digital campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Adwords) Create and send newsletters (journeys) Analyze and communicate marketing performance data to a variety of stakeholders Manage budgets and ensure compliance   Job Scope: Focus on sales growth through marketing activities Report to the Head of Regional Marketing Communications for Western Europe and DACH Collaborate with regional and global marketing and local sales teams to ensure sales growth Team up with specialists in global marketing teams to ensure state-of-the-art marketing Expect 10-20 travel days annually to support selected activities across Europe What We're Looking For   Qualifications: Marketing degree with a strong digital marketing focus 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a technology company Professional proficiency in Danish and English, preferably also Swedish, other languages an advantag   Preferred Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to collaborate, work under pressure, and operate autonomously. Proficiency in a digital work environment (Microsoft).
