In this position...  Ford is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Consumer Marketing team. You will aid the Director of Retail Marketing Communications and will be the principal liaison between the Global Dealer Engagement and Ford Philanthropy teams in developing communications and assets for our dealers and T2 ad groups to use in support of these initiatives. Additionally, you will assist the Retail Communications Manager in liaising with the C&I team to ensure our messaging during our national sales event campaigns are aligned.  You will be responsible for translating "Ford Building Together" brand moments into actionable marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional communications with agency partners, and ensuring our retail sales events are supported by clear, accurate incentive messaging. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can navigate complex organizational structures, provide clear direction to an agency team and turn high-level concepts into impactful consumer-facing assets. This role is hybrid and requires at least 4 days per week onsite in Dearborn, MI.
Responsibilities
