Description

Marketing Executive - Melbourne

$80,000 - $95,000 + super | Melbourne, hybrid | Tableside

Tableside is a hospitality and tourism only growth agency. We back ambitious venues and operators with the strategy, content, paid media and social that actually grows their business, and we prove it with the numbers.

We're hiring a Marketing Executive to run one of our Melbourne pods. This isn't a seat where you execute someone else's plan and move on. You're part of the growth story for every venue you work with, and your ideas shape where those accounts go.

Why this role, right now

We've grown to a team of 8 and a roster of 24 venues across Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide, and we're just getting started. Over the next two years we're expanding our pods along the East Coast, building toward a 50-client roster, and developing a hospitality booking platform alongside the agency. We're an uncontested name in this space, and we want people who want to build something with us, not just fill a seat in it.

You'll own the relationship and the growth strategy for a portfolio of key accounts, with a content creator working under you to bring it to life. Your input matters here. Good ideas get backed, not filed.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Owning the relationship and growth strategy for your portfolio of accounts
  • Running Meta paid media end to end, and shaping strategy direction for Google Ads alongside our Google specialist team
  • Signing off social strategy and campaigns
  • Building quarterly content calendars around what actually moves the needle for each venue
  • Turning performance data into clear, brand-aligned next moves
  • Running client communication: weekly calls, updates, reporting
  • Directing your content creator's output and keeping delivery on schedule
  • Working with our marketing director on strategic development for your accounts
  • Staying sharp on hospitality and tourism trends, new openings and cultural moments worth tapping into

Who you are

  • You've worked in marketing or account management, ideally in or for hospitality or tourism
  • You're a genuine expert in Meta Ads Manager, this is the paid channel you'll own outright
  • You understand how hospitality brands behave online and what actually drives bookings, not just engagement
  • You're organised, proactive, and know how to hold an account without being held by it
  • You write clearly and can adapt tone across very different venues
  • You're confident leading client conversations and managing expectations
