The Opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and skilled marketing professional to join our Business Development team in our Melbourne office. We’re looking for a confident communicator, with strong project management capabilities and a strategic mindset. You’ll support senior leaders and collaborate across BD, Communications, Digital, Design and Events teams to deliver integrated campaigns, engaging content, and client-facing tools primarily catering to our Alumni audience. What you’ll do Collaborate with BD teams to create strategic client content and advise on marketing best practices. Prepare and schedule LinkedIn posts, support social media amplification, and coordinate integrated campaigns. Track campaign performance and maintain the global marketing calendar. Enhance client engagement tools and enable self-service content publishing. Connect teams to streamline efforts and act as a contact point for partners, lawyers, LAs, and BD. Support senior marketing leaders in developing and implementing campaign strategies, messaging, and content plans. Coordinate design and production of campaign assets and provide general admin support. Contribute to the Alumni programme through data management, event planning, interviews, and newsletters. What you’ll bring Marketing degree qualified (or related discipline) preferred At least 3-4 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role in a similar environment. Experience in professional services firms would be highly regarded Strong campaign and/or project management skills and experience supporting senior leaders Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in marketing and content development Experience in digital marketing, analytics and content strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on strategic content creation Strong interpersonal skills Inherent drive to succeed, and proven ability to develop and execute solutions to short term barriers and setbacks What you can expect from us We’re a world leading international law firm with a global team of over 6,000 professionals across 26 offices.
