Reporting to the Senior Marketing Consultant – Digital, the Marketing Consultant – Digital Media is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital media activity across brand and product campaigns. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver best practice strategies across social, search, and programmatic channels, attracting values-aligned customers and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up, and optimise digital campaigns across Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic channels, supporting both brand and product initiatives.
  • Execute the always-on digital strategy, ensuring seasonal messaging and budget alignment across the creative matrix.
  • Assist with the management of media partners and explore new channels and creative approaches to drive quality traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor industry trends and apply insights to enhance media strategy, creative execution, and campaign relevance.
  • Use analytics and marketing mix modelling tools to generate performance insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, including competitor analysis, optimisation insights, and monthly/quarterly marketing updates.
  • Support team operations through project management tools, documentation upkeep, and input into budget planning and stakeholder communications.
