QUALIFICATIONS

· Speaks and understand Mandarin + Cantonese, 3+ years’ experience in a marketing position targeting the Chinese community
· Basic knowledge of data analysis and market research
· In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
· Able to effectively and creatively write proposals and reports
· Ability to think strategically and analytically
· Knowledge in various design software
· Extensive experience in social media platforms
· Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Exceptional problem-solving skills
· Pragmatic thinker, not afraid to pivot as the need arises and load of common sense

· Help develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget
· Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs
· Provide advice on branding, positioning, communications and other marketing issues
· Help develop and nurture long term relationship with client teams, external vendors and other collaborators
· Assist in providing direction on marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools
· Keep abreast of emerging trends and share best practices knowledge and insights
· Help execute strategic tasks and monitoring outcomes
