In Greece, as PAUL continues to grow, combining authentic tradition with modern hospitality experiences through its cafés, restaurants, and new concept store PAUL Le Café, we are looking for a Marketing & Content Assistant to join our Marketing Department and support the daily implementation of our brand, communication and development activities. Main Responsibilities Content & Communication • Assist in the creation, adaptation, and scheduling of content for social media,newsletters and website • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels • Monitor performance and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness • Contribute ideas for seasonal and digital activations, following current trends in food & lifestyle marketing In-store & Field Marketing • Coordinate the rollout of in-store materials and POS visuals • Support store visits for visual checks, photoshoots, and event setups • Liaise with store teams to ensure the implementation of marketing initiatives Development & B2B Projects • Assist in the growth of PAUL’s Catering segment, preparing visuals and sales materials • Support B2B communication (corporate collaborations, schools, events, offers) • Help update the website/e-shop and collaborate with external partners (designers, agencies, developers) Coordination & Support • Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the MarketingDepartment • Maintain records of projects, budgets, and deadlines • Collaborate closely with suppliers and partners to secure timely delivery of materials and content Bachelor’s degree or studies in Marketing, Communication or related field 1-3 years of experience in similar role Excellent communication & organizational skills Strong attention to detail and visual awareness Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus Passion for food, hospitality, and lifestyle marketing Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) A dynamic and creative work environment within an iconic international brand Exposure to both digital and field marketing activities Opportunities for growth and development within the Marketing Department Employee discounts across PAUL stores
