ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Content Assistant to manage and grow our online presence. This role goes beyond simply posting we want someone who can help drive organic growth, generate enquiries, and build meaningful brand awareness.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) with engaging, on-brand content.
• Develop and implement creative content ideas that showcase our styling, services, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Attend some venue set-ups to capture photo/video content for social media.
• Create and send engaging email campaigns to keep our audience inspired and connected.
• Write and publish blog posts that showcase our work, advice for couples, and trends in luxury weddings/events.
• Optimise content for SEO to improve visibility and attract organic website traffic.
• Research trends and opportunities to increase reach, especially on TikTok.
• Ensure all content speaks to and attracts our ideal couples.
• Track performance of campaigns and provide insights/recommendations.
