Our Company is seeking a Marketing Content Creator/Marketing Assistant to develop, implement, and manage our content strategy and digital marketing strategy across various marketing channels along with other key marketing responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone that has a passion for content creation, social media, digital advertising and marketing management. We are looking for someone who is creative, self-motivated, highly organized, and excited to continue to build our Company’s online presence. We are a Company that operates under one large umbrella brand with several sub-brands and websites including two ecommerce websites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Experience Required:
  • 1 year of digital marketing experience
  • 1 year of marketing content experience
  • 1 year of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads experience
  • Experience with e-commerce companies is a plus.
  • Attention to detail & creativity. Outside the box thinking for unique content creation.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools & other digital marketing & project management tools (Canva, Mailchimp, WooCommerce, Click-Up) & Google marketing platforms. Strong technological skills are required for success.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook daily.
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and stay organized. A detail-oriented personality and someone who likes calendars/lists is ideal.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for increasing the Company’s brand recognition and digital footprint. This individual assists the Marketing Manager in all daily activities to support the strategic marketing plans of the Company.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and with a focused effort on increasing leads and sales.
  • Primarily responsible for curating and creating content for various marketing channels and platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Google (AdWords, YouTube), email newsletters, websites, print, and promotional materials. This includes Reels, Videos, Ads and Photos.
  • Develop a detailed content calendar. Create and schedule all posts and content across all platforms. Includes monitoring social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Track key metrics and prepare monthly performance analytics reports across all platforms including Google Analytics. Help shape how marketing funds and best exposures are decided and may vary throughout the year and during key holidays.
  • Implement and regularly audit Google AdWords accounts across companies.
  • Updates content of all websites to ensure brand cohesivity, display of accurate information for all service lines, and current promotions/sales.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Marketing Manager on status of key assignments including what is/is not working and a two-week rolling look-ahead of activities to keep the team on track.
