QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Skilled in storytelling and creating narratives that are engaging and relatable to the target audience.
  • Experience with social media platforms and a strong understanding of what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ability to work independently, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.
  • Strong interest in AI, video creation, and digital learning
  • Basic experience with PowerPoint, video editing tools, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with AI platforms like Synthesia, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Meticulous attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Self-driven and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks at scale
  • Good written English; visual communication skills a plus

Responsibilities
  • Assist in formatting, uploading, and organizing video scripts and assets
  • Edit slide decks or visuals as needed to match standards
  • Review and QA final videos for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Manage file organization and tracking within a project management tool
  • Collaborate with the training manager on improving templates and workflows
  • Research new AI tools and recommend enhancements for speed and quality
  • Filming & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including Q&As, insights, tutorials, and real-life experiences, optimized for social media platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy: Collaborate on strategies to grow and engage followers on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) by producing content that resonates with viewers.
  • Content Optimization: Adjust and optimize video content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement, including creating short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Analytics Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of content to understand audience preferences and make data-driven adjustments to the content strategy.
