Our Marketing team is growing! We are looking for a creative and confident Marketing Content Creator with strong journalism, storytelling, and video editing skills to help bring our brand to life across digital channels.
If you enjoy being in front of the camera, editing videos, writing engaging content, and creating stories that connect with an audience, this role is for you!

SKILLS:

  • Have on-air camera confidence for social media and marketing videos (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Film, edit, and produce short and long video content
  • Write engaging marketing copy (social posts, captions, emails, blogs)
  • Apply journalistic storytelling techniques to content (clear, engaging, audience-driven)
  • Conduct interviews and create story-based content for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategy
  • Support basic graphic design needs (Canva or Adobe tools, an asset)
Responsibilities
  • Appear on-camera for social media and marketing content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Film, edit, and produce both short-form and long-form video content tailored to our brand voice and audience
  • Write engaging and audience-focused copy for social media captions, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing materials
  • Apply journalistic storytelling to develop content that informs, entertains, and drives engagement
  • Conduct interviews with internal team members or external partners/customers to create authentic, story-driven content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies and campaigns
  • Assist in basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all content platforms
  • Manage content production timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement and feedback

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable being on camera and engaging with an audience
  • Strong writing, communication, and journalism skills
  • Ability to craft clear and compelling stories across multiple formats
  • Video editing experience (basic to intermediate level)
  • Strong visual storytelling skills
  • Basic graphic design skills are an asset (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset
