Marketing/Content Creator

We are seeking a creative individual with social media experience to manage and enhance our digital presence, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and develop brand identity. This role requires expertise in social media management, digital advertising, branding, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster engagement.

1. Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute campaigns via Village Media, radio, email, and SMS.
• Analyze and report campaign performance for continuous improvement.

1. Brand Development

• Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies that align with brand identity.

1. Events & Sponsorships

• Plan, coordinate, and manage events that increase brand awareness.
• Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities to expand reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or branding.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Education in marketing and social media is considered an asset
