EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management (essential).

SKILLS:

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Analytics).
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies to boost brand awareness and online searchability.
Ensure all strategies align with the company’s goals and target audience.
· Content Creation:
Create engaging, relevant, and timely content for social media and digital platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to market the organization and its activities.
Tailor content to increase consumer engagement and reflect the brand’s voice and mission.
· Social Media Management:
Manage, schedule, and monitor multiple social media accounts to maintain a cohesive and professional online presence.
Monitor trends and develop creative ways to connect with and expand our audience.
· Analytics and Optimization:
Track and analyze social media and website performance metrics, using insights to optimize content and improve engagement.
Regularly report on performance to inform future campaigns and strategies.
· Website Content Management:
Maintain and enhance website content for external audiences (clients and prospects) and internal audiences (team and partners).
Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and aligned with current campaigns.
· Collaborations:
Work with social media influencers and partners to create collaborative content and expand the brand’s reach.
Build relationships with collaborators to develop meaningful and impactful campaigns.
