Description

MARKETING CONTENT & DESIGN COORDINATOR

Executional. Fast-paced. Creatively led.
Who We Are
Ballers Clubhouse isn’t just a venue, it’s a movement. Dreamed up by creative disruptors Josh Lefers and Stephen Wools, it’s the latest wild venture in a 20-year run of designing shows, venues, and unforgettable experiences. They even had their own TV series on Foxtel, and not to mention toured some of the biggest performers in the world… all fuelled by one question: what actually brings people together?
Before Ballers, they were brewing beer with Snoop Dogg, producing Nickelodeon Slimefest, and launching bold ideas that made people look twice. From national nightclub brands to tech-infused experiences like Neo Shuffle, these two know how to take a big idea and blow it up in the best way.
Our venues across Melbourne and Adelaide are just the beginning. We’ve got expansion plans, brand collabs, new product launches, and campaigns that regularly break the internet.

And we’re backed by an absolute powerhouse team:

  • Katreena, our Brand & Marketing Manager, will be your direct reporting line and guide, bringing her strategic sharpness and love of bold branding.
  • You’ll also work under our Creative Director and alongside a kickass external agency that leads outbound advertising across Meta, Google, and more.

We’ve got the vision, the direction, and the playbook. What we need now is someone to help execute it with speed, style, and just the right amount of creative chaos. This is a mid-level opportunity that will see you grow your skills, gain experience, and build into a creative force over time.
About the Role
This is an executional role; you’ll be designing, building, editing, scheduling, and refining. It’s not about creating brand strategy from scratch; it’s about taking clear direction from the senior creative team and bringing it to life with excellence and flair.
That said, you won’t be boxed in. We move fast, test ideas quickly, and love creative contributors who can design beautifully within brand guidelines. You’ll have room to flex your creative muscle but the expectations are clear: execute well, execute fast, execute often.
You’ll create campaign assets across print, social, and digital from posters and menus to ads and in-venue signage while keeping our visual identity sharp and consistent. You’ll bring our socials to life with fresh content, edit short videos, design and send EDMs that get opened, build landing pages that convert, and use AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT to help bring it all together. You’ll play a key role in how the Ballers brand looks and feels out in the world.
What You’ll Be Doing

Graphic Design

  • Design and format posters, menus, function packs, signage, and digital assets for campaigns
  • Create and resize assets for Google Ads, EDMs, and paid media
  • Liaise with printers and suppliers to deliver quality collateral, on time and on brand
  • Work within brand guidelines while following direction and adding sharp, relevant creative touches

Social Media & Content

  • Manage the content calendar and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn keeping the brand active, timely, and on-tone (with some out-of-hours posting as needed).
  • Design social tiles, stories, and campaigns using Canva and Adobe tools
  • Edit punchy, scroll-stopping video clips for Reels and other digital platforms
  • Curate high-impact imagery and maintain a consistent visual tone across all channels
  • Assist with marketing admin when required updating listings, responding to DMs and reviews, and keeping things polished across platforms
  • Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager for clear direction, strategy, and support

Video & Motion

  • Cut and repurpose content for events, ads, and promos
  • Deliver fast, sharp, brand-aligned short-form content

Email & Web

  • Build and design EDMs that drive opens and clicks
  • Keep the website and landing pages fresh with updated menus, events, and offers
  • Assist with uploading promotions and new products to our booking platform and website listings

AI Tools & Visual Curation

  • Use tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to support creative output and generate strong brand assets
  • Source and curate content that matches the energy and voice of the brand
  • Bring sharp, efficient skills across design and content editing

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years’ experience in graphic design (marketing experience a plus)
  • Strong work ethic and confidence using AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Indesign, Canva, and video editing tools like CapCut
  • Fast, detail-focused execution and an eye for layout and storytelling
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to get the job done
  • A killer portfolio showing your creative range and executional strength (we’ll want to see proof of work)

Bonus Points

  • Experience with EDM tools like Me&u/Sprout, or Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot
  • Previous work in hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands
