Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role that blends content development, research, and operational execution. You’ll operate at a high speed to help us create world-class business education-working closely with founders and expert instructors to shape our courses, build frameworks, scope competitors, and execute on key company initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop curriculum outlines, write scripts, and shape expert-led business courses.
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to keep our content cutting-edge and differentiated.
  • Create and test high converting marketing funnels.
  • Create and organize engaging educational and marketing materials, video scripts, frameworks, value driven resources, slides, and more.
  • Collaborate across teams (product, design, marketing) to support content development workflows.
  • Help manage production schedules and ensure deadlines are hit.
  • Own special projects and operational tasks as needed-from internal SOPs to content audits.
