JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Content Specialist creates and authors compelling, customer-facing content that promotes the tactical benefits and real-world applications and advantages of Delta Intelligent Building Technologies products and solutions. The role works closely with Product Management and Sales to create copy, case studies, paper summaries, and other marketing content that is highly relevant, deliberate, and focused.
Work Location: In Office (Currently 3 days a week, subject to change)
City: Surrey
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Travel: 10% or 20% travel, primarily within Canada or the US
Salary: $64,000 - $73,000
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possesses high level knowledge of building controls and automation.
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge of building controls products and software to real-world applications in layman’s terms.
  • Attention to detail and discipline for accuracy.
  • Numerate with ability to understand and interpret data.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
  • Shows initiative and is comfortable leading small projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technology diploma from an accredited educational institution in an appropriate field of study or equivalent education, training, and/or experience.
  • Information technology competent across MS Office applications
  • Experience in copywriting with a focus on building technologies
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in marketing or a related field preferred.
