ABOUT US

Productive Edge is a healthcare-focused digital consultancy and AI solutions company. We help payers, providers, and digital health innovators modernize operations, unlock data, and put AI to work faster. Our team combines strategy, design, and engineering to deliver real results across care management, prior authorization, member engagement, and more. We’re also a trusted partner to Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, Redox, and other leading companies, driving the next generation of healthcare technology.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Marketing & Content Specialist, you will support our marketing and business development efforts by helping to shape our brand, amplify our thought leadership, and generate demand for our services. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare-focused consulting environment while making a direct impact on our growth.
In this role, you’ll not only help create content and run campaigns, but also leverage emerging tools (including AI and video) to scale our marketing impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, tech, healthcare, or consulting (internships count!)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning AI-powered marketing tools (AI writing, image generation, video editing).
  • Basic video editing experience or willingness to learn tools like Descript, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design (bonus if you have graphic design skills).
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant writing samples, campaign work, content creation, video content, or design materials is required for consideration.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute content (e.g., case studies, blog posts, white papers, social media posts) that highlights our healthcare and wellness technology offerings.
  • Repurpose long-form content into snackable formats such as LinkedIn posts, carousels, short videos, and email snippets.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of short-form video content for use across LinkedIn, website, and campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Descript, or similar) to accelerate content creation and editing across formats (written, visual, video).
  • Assist with executing digital campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid social.
  • Support the development of sales and pitch materials that align with buyer personas in healthcare, insurance, and wellness sectors.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain and update website content via CMS tools.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Help manage webinars, podcasts, events, and conference sponsorships.
