KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting Materials: Create visually appealing and informative seminar and meeting materials (e.g., handouts, branded items, strategy documents) to attract prospects.
  • Digital Content: Develop content to boost visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels (e.g., digital funnels, website content, social media, SEO, and local PR campaigns).
  • Prospect Engagement: Handle pre-seminar qualifying and confirmation outreach along with post-seminar follow-up in alignment with funnel strategies to nurture leads toward conversions.
  • Client Engagement: Design referral programs, newsletters, and events (e.g., client appreciation, holiday gatherings) to boost retention, generate referrals, and create cross-sales opportunities.
  • Content Optimization: Centralize messaging across phone, funnels, and digital channels for brand consistency, generating targeting/retargeting data points to enhance lead nurturing.
