OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves wearing multiple hats across marketing—from capturing compelling content to managing social channels, creating designs, and writing copy. You’ll play a key part in telling our brand’s story, shaping strategy, and engaging with our community across platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field.
  • Strong photography and video capture/editing skills.
  • Experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom); bonus if familiar with Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategy, planning, and research.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A self-starter with a creative mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Capture and edit photo and video content for use across digital channels, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow our presence across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.), including scheduling posts, engaging with the community, and tracking performance.
  • Email Marketing: Create and send email campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications, including list management and performance reporting.
  • Design: Develop marketing assets such as social graphics, digital ads, flyers, and brochures using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.).
  • Copywriting: Write clear, compelling copy for website pages, social posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints, while helping to evolve and strengthen brand presence.
  • Strategy & Planning: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaign plans, aligning content and initiatives with business goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct basic market and competitor research to help identify opportunities, inform strategy, and guide content direction.
  • General Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning, brand initiatives, and special projects.
