Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Social Media & Content Coordinator plays a vital role in showcasing our services, participant experiences, and organisational initiatives.
This position is responsible for creating engaging social media content, short videos, and reels while managing content across platforms to build visibility and community engagement.
The role will entail:·
-Attend accommodation locations across north & west vic to capture photos, short videos, and reels showcasing participant experiences, activities & sphc promotional content.
-Create engaging posts, short videos, and reels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook·
-Manage, schedule, and maintain content calendars for all social media platforms
-Ensure all content reflects NDIS language, values, and person-centred storytelling·
-Collaborate remotely with the team to develop content campaigns and ideas·
-Monitor social media engagement and report on metrics to guide strategy·
-Ensure compliance with privacy and consent requirements for all content·
-Support broader marketing campaigns, promotional metrials (flyers, graphics etc) and organisational initiatives as required
-Perform other duties as directed by the Marketing and Communications Manager or Senior Management
Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Freelance, Contract
Pay: $37.17 – $67.58 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
