The Marketing & Contracts Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting both the commercial and branding functions of the organization. This early-career position is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for marketing, communications, and contract management within the oil & gas sector.
The Coordinator will oversee the company’s marketing initiatives, manage social media channels, support contract ownership and master service agreements, and assist with RFP/RFQ submissions. The role will also be responsible for internal/external communications and event planning. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation and effective contract administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or contract management.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably with knowledge of Canada’s energy sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for creating regionally relevant, compelling content.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge or interest in Canada’s oil & gas and renewable sectors is an asset.
