THE POSITION:

Marketing Coordinator, Personal Care Brands
The Personal Care division is fast becoming an engine growth for C&D Canada with multitude of high-profile strategic brands across Beauty, Hair Care and Sexual Health categories. We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team, who has a strong understanding and interest in social, digital and eCommerce.
In this position, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our marketing plan execution, optimizing digital shelf, and monitoring/analyzing brand performance.

In your day-to-day role, the successful candidate will:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with external agency partners to execute social/influencer content, shopper marketing, and experiential/ sampling programs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for production, printing, and distribution of marketing assets and promotional materials, coupons, and sales samples.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to support development of content and implement strategies that optimize and enhance online visibility on various e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and retail/digital shelf to help inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Support artwork development with packaging partners through key milestones of briefing, artwork development, and separations.
  • Other administrative duties as required (legal routings, template development, purchasing and sample orders, tracking documents, couriers, meeting coordination, etc)

This position will report to a Senior Marketing Manager.
