Job Description Marketing Coordinator This position provides administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role ensures smooth workflow across marketing projects, assists with day-to-day tasks, and performs additional duties as assigned to support the team’s objectives. Assist marketing managers and executives with daily tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups. Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timelines and requirements are met. Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, and reports as requested. Support event planning and execution, including logistics and coordination with vendors and internal teams. Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and filing systems to ensure smooth operations. Assist in managing social media updates, email campaigns, and other marketing communications as needed. Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by managers to support business priorities. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure tasks and campaigns progress efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative support role, preferably in marketing. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning marketing tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.
