JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Solution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and brand growth. This role will focus on managing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and coordinating marketing initiatives for product launches, company updates, and brand campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and ensuring our messaging aligns with our mission and values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Social Media Manager, or similar marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of website management and content management systems preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain company social media profiles across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent branding and tone.
  • Engagement & Growth: Develop strategies to increase social media engagement, followers, and overall online presence.
  • LinkedIn Posting: Create and publish a minimum of three LinkedIn posts per week to highlight company updates, product launches, and industry-related content.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce marketing materials, graphics, and multimedia content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Website Updates: Maintain and update company website content as needed to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute marketing efforts for new product launches, company announcements, and events.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with company branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
