We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is essential to supporting both the firm’s marketing initiatives and daily internal operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant is responsible for producing high-quality proposals, developing content for digital and print platforms, and facilitating initiatives that elevate brand visibility and team engagement. The role also includes administrative support to firm leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications (experience in the design industry is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
