Description We are seeking a creative, energetic, and organized Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives while creating engaging content that showcases our inventory, dealership culture, customer experiences, and outdoor lifestyle. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, social media, photography, and video production, while also being comfortable managing marketing campaigns, events, and digital advertising. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Create high-quality photo and video content featuring RV inventory, dealership events, service department, and customer testimonials. Produce engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Film and edit walk-through videos, educational content, promotions, and lifestyle-focused marketing pieces. Write compelling captions, blog articles, email content, and promotional copy. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels. Social Media Management Develop and manage a monthly content calendar. Schedule and publish social media posts. Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate. Stay current with social media trends and recommend new content ideas. Track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting. Marketing Coordination Coordinate dealership promotions, seasonal campaigns, and community events. Assist with digital advertising campaigns including Google and Meta platforms. Update dealership website banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics. Coordinate marketing materials with manufacturers and vendor partners. Ensure branding remains consistent across all advertising and communications. Dealership Support Capture photos and videos of new inventory as units arrive. Promote sales events, RV shows, customer appreciation events, and community outreach activities. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to identify marketing opportunities. Help maintain showroom displays and promotional signage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of marketing, content creation, or social media experience. Strong photography and videography skills. Experience editing videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms. Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, and email marketing platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Valid driver's license and willingness to occasionally travel for events or content opportunities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, or outdoor recreation industries. Drone photography/video certification is a plus. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid social advertising. Graphic design experience is a plus.
