Our clients include sponsors and administrators of some of the largest pension and benefits plans in the private, broader public and public sectors in Canada, and we also advise employers with employees across the country. We are currently seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator and Office Administrator.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This dual-role position combines marketing knowledge with office management skills, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy professional services environment. You will support the firm’s marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University or college degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Technologically adept, including being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, MODX, and LinkedIn).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to work in-office five days a week.
Responsibilities

Marketing Coordinator:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of firm and lawyer marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, email communications, and website updates.
  • Manage the firm’s social media accounts.
  • Update and maintain the firm’s website and firm and lawyer marketing materials.
  • Coordinate client and firm events.
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions for lawyer ranking sites.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics.
  • Assist with materials for client facing presentations.

Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Serve as the primary contact for facility-related issues.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, maintain office calendars, and assist with travel planning.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and courier packages.
