Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will coordinate marketing activities, manage content creation, and oversee project timelines to ensure successful campaign delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for marketing and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
Develop, edit, and proofread marketing content, such as newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Monitor marketing campaigns’ performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
Maintain the company’s social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and community outreach initiatives.
Manage and update the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Assist in maintaining and updating the company website with fresh and relevant content.
Monitor the marketing budget and process invoices and expense reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role is preferred (entry-level candidates may be considered with relevant internships or projects).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Squarespace.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with occasional travel for events or meetings.
Collaborative, fast-paced work environment requiring adaptability and a proactive approach.
