• Run and optimize digital ads on Google, Meta, and Bing to ensure our brokers have a steady pipeline of quality leads
• Develop and publish engaging content for blogs, website pages, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok by creating content, graphics, and campaigns
• Monitor and update our advertising mix across channels such as radio, social media, and search platforms
• Track and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and internal marketing software
• Manage the departmental budget and maintain the marketing scorecard
• Send referral thank-you gifts to clients on a regular cadence
• Assist with event planning, recruitment initiatives, and occasional IT projects
• Other duties as assigned
