JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for an exceptional, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

Working in partnership with the Marketing Project Manager to administer and oversee ongoing creative and marketing projects, your specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Procure assets, set up project briefs, assist with planning strategies and pitches; and support with quality assurance to ensure all projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality
  • Assist with writing marketing copy for print, digital and social channels
  • Assist with gathering and organizing marketing data (in Excel), analyzing results and supporting the creation of performance reports
  • Perform digital marketing production tasks such as: updating website content (Wordpress, Shopify), setting up emails (Mailchimp), building digital campaigns (Facebook Business Manager, Google)
  • Support the Creative Team in brainstorming, ideation and planning with a relentless commitment to deliver on clients’ business goals
  • Attend and report on individual progress at weekly status meetings
  • File management with creative files from internal and external team members
  • Manage and maintain organized files on Bare Brands’ network
  • Setup task templates, automations and general upkeep of project management software (Asana) to improve team efficiency and processes
  • Handle administrative tasks such as updating team priorities, coordination of working groups/meetings, taking meeting minutes & following up with actions required
  • Content creation and community management for Bare Brands’ social channels
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
  • Closely monitor popular trends in design and digital marketing that both directly and indirectly influence user experience to help guide both marketing and creative content
