Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Australian Specialist Hub team in Melbourne.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the delivery of marketing and communications activities across the organisation, helping to build brand awareness, audience engagement and our digital presence. Working collaboratively across the business, you will coordinate campaigns, create engaging content and assist with the day-to-day management of our marketing channels and initiatives.

This is a hands-on role suited to a creative, organised and proactive marketing professional who enjoys working across a variety of projects and channels. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, coordinate marketing activities and help strengthen the Australian Specialist Hub brand within the medicolegal sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the business.
  • Plan, schedule and publish content across social media and digital channels.
  • Create engaging written and visual content for social media, email, website and other marketing channels.
  • Assist with the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, promotional materials and digital assets.
  • Coordinate content production, including photography, videography, graphic design and other creative requirements.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across marketing materials and communications.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters using Mailchimp.
  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, current and engaging.
  • Assist with SEO, digital marketing and online brand initiatives.
  • Monitor social media, email and digital marketing performance and provide basic reporting and insights.
  • Coordinate marketing timelines, content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, designers, developers and other marketing partners as required.
  • Support internal communications and assist with media releases, announcements and other external communications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide general marketing support across the organisation and assist with other projects as required.
