Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: MARKETING COORDINATOR

In this role, you will design, execute, and manage the entire outbound marketing playbook. Your work will generate awareness, drive conversions, and expand BizWorth’s reach across multiple digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • YouTube Channel Development: Plan, script, coordinate, and publish videos that educate small business owners and promote BizWorth’s services.
  • Ad and Creative Design: Produce compelling ad creatives, graphics, and video assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • SEO Strategy and Execution: Conduct keyword research, optimize web content, and monitor rankings to increase organic traffic.
  • Website Content Creation: Post blogs, case studies, and landing pages in Webflow and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Google Ads and Paid Media: Design, launch, and manage Google Search and Display campaigns, track performance, and optimize for ROI.
  • Social Media Advertising: Design and run ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Facebook, and A/B test creative and messaging.
  • Organic Social Content: Write and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, engage with followers, and track performance.
  • Conversion Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI for all outbound channels.
