JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day marketing activities at Black Desert Resort and Red Mountain Resort. This role will assist the Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, bookings, and guest engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will help implement campaigns, coordinate content creation, update marketing assets, and contribute to ongoing storytelling and brand-building efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, including social media, email, website, signage, and collateral.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating content calendars and promotional timelines.
  • Help coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials (menus, flyers, brochures, signage).
  • Assist with drafting and scheduling email campaigns.
  • Support in monitoring marketing campaign performance and compiling basic reports.
  • Help maintain website content and ensure timely updates.
  • Assist in developing social media content and engaging with community audiences.
  • Help coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
  • Provide general support for events, promotions, and new offerings.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Support with opening and project managing creative requests
