Coordinator - Marketing     Blumhouse is seeking a Coordinator to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) of Marketing. This role is central to a dynamic team and will provide high-level administrative support while also offering exposure to the full spectrum of entertainment marketing. The ideal candidate has at least two years of prior administrative experience in entertainment, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in marketing or PR. A love of horror and genre films is a plus. This role is part of a six-person team that works to bolster the Blumhouse brand; partners with film and television distributors to support the promotion of Blumhouse films and series, and handles internal communication for the company. The person in this role will work closely with senior leadership while also interfacing with the broader marketing team. The position requires discretion, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with timely deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  * General administrative support including: * Manage complex, high-volume scheduling and calendaring for senior executives, requiring constant prioritization, discretion, and adaptability. * Coordinating meetings * Expense reports & budget management * Handling agendas * Travel arrangements.  * Assist the head of department with internal events and LinkedIn posts for the company REQUIREMENTS: * At least two-years prior experience working in the entertainment industry * Highly organized and detail oriented * Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive manners * Self start mentality and adept at learning quickly * Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) * Works well in high stress, fast paced environments * Working knowledge of Google Suite, Adobe, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop is a plus * Positive and optimistic approach * Bachelor’s degree * Drives and has their own transportation
