EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, event management, social media and digital marketing
  • Content management, project management, and photography/videography experience are assets

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • HubSpot knowledge or experience an asset
  • Excellent creative writing and editing skills

NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong passion and motivation for all facets of marketing with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable representing the company at events and in public settings
  • Strong planning and organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans
  • Ensure consistent brand presence and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing efforts
  • Execute marketing and advertising initiatives on time and within budget
  • Create and deliver monthly presentations to stakeholders, highlighting strategies and results
  • Collaborate with Digital Specialist on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives
  • Provide marketing expertise and updates to operational Associates, ensuring alignment and progress
  • Oversee and manage all signage requirements, including updates and installations
  • Lead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorships
  • Manage regional social media including planning, content creation and posting
  • Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging
  • Monitor, manage and report on budgets
  • Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value
