Full-time | Marketing Coordinator | Brisbane, QLD About the Role This is on of Brisbane's largest and most exciting fitness facilities. A 3,500m² fitness, wellness and community destination with strong momentum, and a clear growth trajectory. With continued investment into the facility, programming and member experience, the expectation is that our marketing evolves at the same pace. We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can execute with precision and bring energy to the brand on the ground. This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, social media consistency, community engagement and event delivery, someone who can translate strategy into daily action. Working closely with the leadership team and sales function, you’ll play a key role in driving visibility, engagement and member connection. You’ll be confident across Canva, comfortable capturing content in a live environment, and highly organised in coordinating campaigns, partnerships and events. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Digital Marketing Capture content at events and in-club for video and short-form social media use Create organic social media content to support the marketing strategy Execute email marketing including newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows Perform basic website updates and SEO to improve visibility and member journey Support advertising across platforms, help set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns Ensure brand consistency across all content, platforms, and campaigns Marketing Support & Campaigns Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, challenges, and events Coordinate photoshoots, videos, and community outreach initiatives Support sales enablement and lead generation to grow memberships Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting and dashboards Manage member and staff communications Social Media Management Manage and update all social media accounts with fresh, relevant content Monitor engagement and respond to member enquiries promptly Analyse social media metrics and recommend improvements Sponsorship & Community Engagement Support sponsorship opportunities aligned with our mission Collaborate with local businesses and organisations to grow community presence Help coordinate community events, workshops, and fitness challenges Market Research Research industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing opportunities Provide insights to support the development of effective marketing strategies About You Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, fitness or wellness background is a bonus Proficient in social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Mailchimp Familiar with Canva and graphic design for marketing materials Experience with video content, paid advertising, email campaigns, website/SEO, and reporting preferred Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisation and time-management Creative and able to generate innovative marketing ideas Self-starter who manages tasks and schedules with autonomy Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing priorities Passionate about improving member experiences and promoting health outcomes Able to attend occasional weekend and early/late events for content capture What We Offer Free gym membership plus family discounts Career progression into sales or leadership Paid birthday leave and regular team socials Discounts on supplements, café items, and wellness services Bonus and incentive programmes A fun, motivated team who genuinely care about members How to Apply Send your CV and a brief cover note telling us why fitness marketing excites you.
