KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the food and beverage or retail industry.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for food and the hospitality industry, and a keen understanding of food culture and consumer trends.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute marketing strategies that help build the Burger Urge brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns across digital and traditional channels, as well as collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Burger Urge’s products and brand.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize Burger Urge’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to engage with customers and drive brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials (ads, newsletters, and promotions).
  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
