Position Summary We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our content strategy and the day-to-day operations of our marketing function. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized marketer who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within a B2B manufacturing environment. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the production and distribution of marketing assets, maintain website content and digital branding through our CMS, and provide essential support for marketing systems and operations. Working closely with the Content Strategist and broader marketing team, this position plays a key role in ensuring our messaging is consistently and effectively delivered across digital channels. This role will contribute to the creation of written content—including blogs, customer success stories, and technical content—by collaborating with internal subject-matter experts and supporting the Content Strategist in bringing content from concept to completion. Key Accountabilities Maintain and manage the company’s inhouse target customer list, ensuring data accuracy to spot business development opportunity. Coordinate closely with the Content Strategist to ensure timely and accurate execution of our marketing plan, including supporting the development, drafting, and completion of content assets. Build and deploy campaigns within our CRM System (Hubspot) while finding opportunities for automation and workflow optimization. Distribution channels often include email, social and paid media tactics, but we are constantly experimenting with additional channels. Monitor basic performance metrics (email sends, website updates, post scheduling) and report status to the larger team. Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Provide marketing operations and systems support Maintain marketing databases, lists, and tools; support day-to-day marketing operations to ensure systems, workflows, and campaigns run efficiently. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1–2 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role (internships included) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable working with marketing tools such as email platforms, CMS systems, and social media scheduling tools Clear written communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit content while following brand and content guidelines.
